Illuminating Circles III
It's been a while since I've posted some long exposure photos of the Golden Zephyr whirling around at night. I love the light painting that this effect gives. It's relatively simple too--just leave the shutter open for 30 seconds or so, and time it so that the ride is at the apex of its swing--or not. With these photos my aperture was at f/10 or f/9, and I maintained my ISO at 100 to get the exposure even as so. Shooting in RAW helps tone down the highlights and amp the saturation without compromising quality. Enjoy!
