- Shoot at night and wait until everyone has left to get those wide open and empty people photos.
- Use a unique perspective (in this case, lower than what people are used to seeing).
- Utilize leading lines (the low perspective exaggerates the lines toward the Five & Dime entrance.
- Pick a festive time for extra decorations.
Well, those are the trendy steps, anyway. This is not really a spectacular shot, but I like it for its peaceful portrayal of Buena Vista Street.
