Disneyland is, of course, always magnificent in golden sunlight. But the west side of the park, dedicated to more historical themes, seems to especially come alive in golden afternoon sun. Our romantic ideals of exploration are heightened by that warm glow and the bountiful blue skies associated with the treks of our pioneering predecessors. Of course, the journeys back then were far from pleasant, but the sights still must have been majestic, and that feel is something that Disneyland captures exquisitely!
