Enigma at the Filling Station

Another feature in my continuing "rainy evening" series photos, this picture captures a damp end of the night over at the start of Buena Vista Street.  I love how particularly evocative this photo is, especially with the elegant Packard sitting out front.  To me, this scene sweeps away to an old detective serial, on a dark and stormy night, with a femme fatale in distress waiting to appear at any moment.  Of course, those rain puddle reflecting the luminous lights off the ground don't hurt the ambiance either.  But don't you get a sense of mystery in the air?
