Tortilla Jo's

Tortilla Jo's is a festive Mexican restaurant in Downtown Disney offering sit-down dining with a menu of traditional Mexican cuisine, from burritos and tacos to fajitas and enchiladas.  The quality is actually not bad, comparable to a solid level Mexican restaurant.  Nothing is super fancy, but the servings are hearty and the staff friendly.  It's a nice vibe and a vibrant place to have a meal!
