The Door to Nowhere

Has anyone ever wondered where this door leads? Is there really an employment office inside, because if so, I find it mighty peculiar that to get up there, one has to basically... well... float.  You see, if I were to zoom out, I wouldn't find much of a platform just outside the door. Just an eating area--one whole story lower.  So it really is a bit of a conundrum.  Perhaps they really do use some pixie dust to get new employees!
