In A Bug's Land, everything is designed to make guests feel like they're little bug's shrunken down into the insect world. As a result, objects that are small to humans are recreated in ways that tower over guests, forcing that bug-eyed perspective. Towering over all of this, an unmistakable presence, though, is the Tower of Terror--the ultimate in making one feel diminutive. Its eerie exterior, creepy ambiance, and frightful screams emphasize its looming nature. And just as insects probably fear when the other shoe will literally drop, Tower gives all guests that phobia of... a drop. So I suppose it makes sense that this ride effectively guards over A Bug's Land!
