The Day the Sky Exploded
...with color, of course.
It was a couple of weekends ago, when I had stopped by the Disneyland Resort in hopes of finally being able to capture the spectacular skies of a brilliant sunset. In typical un-Southern California-like fashion, the end of the days previous had been shimmering with fiery glow, and I knew that if I could capture this at one of the most picturesque places in the world, I could probably come up with something special. Since it was wintertime, and the sun set in the southern sky, I went over to Paradise Pier to see what I could find. And while the actual sunset itself wasn't necessarily noteworthy to any exaggerated extent, I think you'll agree that its transition to dusk more than delivered on the expectations!
