Full of twinkling neon and colors and whimsical auto-derived displays of holiday decorations, this physical manifestation of Radiator Springs bursts forth with holiday cheer and saturation.  Everywhere you go, there's a creatively constructed Christmas tree, or festive garland, or shimmering twinkle lights.  It's most certainly a fun and lovely place to be!
