Last Friday the 13th allowed me to do something I haven't had time to do much of lately--take beautiful nighttime photographs of Disneyland after the park has closed. It's wonderful being able to capture this warm, quiet beauty with hardly any other people in the frame. It's not a scene most see or see often, but I've always found great tranquility in these moments. And with everything dressed up for Halloween, the park felt even more cozy and festive. There's just something about the idea of a wonderful fall night that is utterly wonderful. The cool, crisp air... the autumn trim... it's all a countdown toward Halloween and the rest of the year-end holidays!
