Carthay Circle Wreath

There's a great big beautiful Christmas wreath at the Carthay Circle Restaurant.  It's right up on the tower, and it is one very large scaled ornament.  Do you think they had a very large person assemble it?  Perhaps a magical Disney creature backstage.  And it added some nice Christmas lights as well.  And tied that big red ribbon.  That's the only logical explanation for such a huge wreath.  Yup, the only one.
