The Surly Grasshopper

You'd think that life as a six foot tall grasshopper would be pretty advantageous. You're a giant bug, which would terrify most people, and you've got more appendages than humans do, which you can use to your advantage.  You've got sweet wings, so you can fly around.  So why is it that Hopper is always looking like he's in a bad mood?  Doesn't he know how nice he's got it?

Well, maybe the fact that he's an immobile figure has something to do with it.  Still, I think he should lighten up.
