The current site of the Disney Gallery, on Main Street, has been home to many venues. For many years, it was the Bank of Main Street, complete with a real bank (Bank of America) inside where guests could withdraw cash that doubled as the only bank in the country open on Sundays. Later, it served as the processing center for Disneyland Annual Passholders. Now, it is home to the park's show case of Imagineering artwork and exhibits. It's a wonderful space, with several rooms containing galleries and souvenirs, and is constantly featuring great exhibits, like the current
Castles Exhibit I've written about previously. Warm and inviting the Disney Gallery is a great addition to Main Street, and I hope it stays there for many years to come!
